I specifically asked for a cut around the ears and a trim. The hair stylist had me turned away from the mirror while cutting. She had cut all my hair off so short that it looked like a man's haircut. When I saw it I was in tears. It wasn't even even and she said "Well you asked for a cut around the ears and that's what you got" she literally cut the back like a military cut. She took at least 2 inches off the back as well. She was rude and disrespectful. I had to go to another salon to have them make it at least even. A day before I started a new job. I spoiled myself with limited funds and received a bad hair cut and even worse attitude. Never again.

I started going to a hair specialist in Florida however for a quick cut this place is absolutely wonderful. There are a few staff there that have always made experience pleasant.

The staff at 84th and Holdrege is the best in the business. I always get great service quality hair cuts and the MVP is out of this world. I want to send a should out to Kiley for the upbeat personality and customer care she accomplished today. She is one of the best stylists I have had the honor of cutting my hair. She is customer driven, complementary, fun, outgoing, and dedicated to making sure her customers receive the best of the best. *Tips my hat to her*
